April 10th

Marcus- I feel like every week I say Marcus studied... That's because he does! We are super grateful for the time we get to spend with him! He did take a trip to Costco with us and Harper very much looks forward to her bedtime with daddy! He is so good about carving out time for her. 

Andrea- I fall more in love with this family of mine every week. The pride (righteous pride I promise) that I feel for Marcus is indescribable. I am so proud of him and all that he does. He balances school, us, church callings, just life in general, with grace and with love and gusto in everything! And this Harper girl, she is so fantastic!! She is so grown up. Still my baby but acting more like a toddler every single day! 

Harper: she had a fun week! She helped me bake a few times, went to a play group at Pulhams (pizza and play-doh so fun!) traders point with Meghan and Claire... Got a new chair from a friend with Elsa and Anna on it (she is in heaven!), played with Jens (or swooned over Jens!) while I took pictures of Jovie... She had a pretty great and busy week!! 

All are healthy and well!

April 3

Not a crazy exciting week, perfect. There was some awful stuff in the news this week. Months, years from now I could read this and guaranteed I'll remember it unfortunately, so no need to remind myself. Made me hug my Harper kiss my Harper, tell her I love her, MORE than usual. Her innocence is beautiful. She and every other child is such a beautiful perfect angelic gift from God and I'm not sure how people lose sight of that. 

Marcus: surprised us with pacers tickets this week! So fun! He had a test Tuesday, it was a busy few days leading up to it but he was ready for a break Tuesday night and the pacers game was the best way! We had so much fun. He has a busy week full of patients this week and before we know it it will be finals 😩

Andrea: Harper and j accompanied Meghan and Claire down to the science lab in Bloomington for a play date. It was a fun filled drive with our little babes and we had fun at the museum! We had a yummy lunch in Bloomington at the cutest diner. I did a lot of laundry, vacuumed at least once a day, and followed around this "todder" of ours as she made messes 😊 wouldn't have it any other way! Oh we also had dinner with vaughns at Boulder creek. One of our favorites that we don't get to visit often enough! Can you say salmon salad?? 😍 

Harper: had her last round of shots for now (minus one single one she needs after may) and she did great! Shots have never bothered her too bad. This time she got a small fever but she was all smiles and even gave the nurse a hug after she gained some composure. She walked out happy with her sucker in hand! She LOVED the pacers game way more than I thought she would! She had a blast! She also had fun at the museum with friends. She was a little young for most of it, but she had fun :) 

March 27th

Again posting this late! Getting pictures uploaded is a pain! Which is what keeps these hanging in the "draft" category for weeks!! This is one of many saved in drafts just waiting on pics so I'm determined to get them out today! 

We finished our trip up by driving home and my mom ended up staying until Wednesday :) Harper of course loved that and I didn't want to see her go either! But we had to share with Ilicia :) 

Marcus: went back to school, has a bunch of papers due (gross) so we've been working together on those. Super busy in clinic (blessing!) and doing great! He joined us Saturday for an Easter egg hunt with friends down at Manchester village and we had a great Easter! 

Me: loved having my mom. I am obsessed with my parents and I wish they were around all the time! Harper and i spent Friday at hollys with friends, it was a chill week! Got everything ready for Easter, love this holiday!!

Harper: throughly enjoyed having Grammy and had a meltdown multiple times Wednesday after she left. Friday with friends helped and then she LOVED the Easter egg hunt on Saturday. She was obsessed with her Easter egg basket and inspected every piece very carefully! We had a beautiful sabbath today and fast and testimony meeting was great! Harper had her first "official" day in nursery and she loved it as long as she was with her BFF Claire. She especially loved singing time, she didn't sing along but she provided plenty of dancing! She is growing up too fast! She is a little talker and we love her to death!
